Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cup whole milk 2 cups shredded coconut (for decoration) 2 cups buttercream frosting Pink food coloring (for ears) Chocolate chips (for eyes and nose)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and ending with the flour. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cakes cool completely before assembling.
To create the bunny shape, leave one round cake as is for the face. Cut the second cake into two equal crescent-shaped ears and position them above the round cake. Frost the entire cake with buttercream and cover with shredded coconut. Use pink food coloring for the inside of the ears and chocolate chips for the eyes and nose. Serve and enjoy!
