I grew up in a small Italian kitchen, where food wasn’t just something on the table, it was how we celebrated, connected, and showed love. Some of my earliest memories are standing on a stool next to my grandmother, watching her turn the simplest ingredients into something magical.
That early spark led me to culinary school and years working in restaurant kitchens around the world. But no matter how fancy the dishes got, I always came back to the same idea: food should be simple, joyful, and made to share.
These days, you’ll find me in my kitchen (usually with coffee in hand), testing recipes that are both practical and full of flavor. Whether you’re cooking for family, friends, or just yourself, my goal is to help you feel confident in the kitchen and discover how everyday meals can become something special.
When I’m not cooking or writing, I’m probably exploring local farmers’ markets, traveling for inspiration, or planning my next dinner party.
